HausSnaps (“HausSnaps”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by Cerasia Consulting Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal data when you use:

  • The HausSnaps mobile application

  • The HausSnaps website

  • Related services including AI image enhancement and digital room staging tools

We serve users globally, including the United States and the European Union.

2. Legal Basis & Jurisdiction

We process personal data in accordance with:

  • Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)

  • EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable

  • Applicable U.S. privacy laws, including California Consumer Privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA)

Where GDPR applies, Cerasia Consulting Pte Ltd acts as the Data Controller.

3. Personal Data We Collect

3.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Company name

We do not collect phone numbers or profile photos.

3.2 Uploaded Images

When you use HausSnaps to enhance or stage images:

  • Original uploaded property images are stored temporarily

  • AI-generated outputs are stored temporarily

  • Retention period varies by subscription plan (24 hours to 14 days)

  • After the retention period, images are permanently deleted from active systems

Images are processed solely to provide requested enhancement services.

3.3 Payment Information

Mobile purchases:

  • Processed via Apple In-App Purchases (Apple)

  • Managed through RevenueCat

Web purchases:

  • Processed via Stripe

We do not collect or store payment card information.

3.4 Usage & Analytics Data

We collect limited technical data, including:

  • Device type

  • Operating system

  • App version

  • IP address (truncated where possible)

  • Usage interactions

Analytics providers:

  • Google Analytics

  • Apple App Analytics

This data helps improve performance and user experience.

3.5 Marketing Communications

If you opt in, we may send:

  • Push notifications

You may opt out at any time via unsubscribe links or app settings.

4. AI Image Processing

HausSnaps uses artificial intelligence to enhance and stage images.

AI Provider:

OpenAI

We confirm:

  • Uploaded images are not used for AI model training

  • Images are not retained by OpenAI

  • Processing is limited to providing requested services

Images are transmitted securely via encrypted connections.

5. How We Use Your Data

We use personal data to:

  • Provide AI image enhancement services

  • Maintain user accounts

  • Process payments

  • Improve app functionality

  • Prevent fraud or abuse

  • Communicate updates and support information

  • OpenAI (AI processing)

  • Apple (In-App Purchases)

  • RevenueCat (subscription management)

We do not sell personal data.

HausSnaps is not directed at children under 13.
